Dirty Works is a brand you find in a place where you do your grocery shopping, not exactly the place you look for a new beauty product. The brand is sold in Sainsburys stores, and has a similar feel to Soap & Glory products packaging wise. I picked up this eye cream a while back on a whim when I was being lazy, but this is actually my second tube of the product so they must be on to something if it's repurchase worthy.
The packaging states the product will "reduce eye puffiness and dark circles" and that it is "boosted with a proven tightening peptide and stimulating caffeine". It also states that the eye cream "helps improve stimulation around the eye area."
All of these claims sounded great to me when I saw the product originally, but I didn't really expect much from it at only £5. However, I was surprised.
This eye cream feels lovely and light on the delicate eye area, and sinks in with ease. It has light reflectors within it, which immediately adds a subtle brightness to the under-eyes.
I have been using this product morning and evening, and have really noticed a difference with my dark circles. They do seem to have faded amazingly. I can't comment on the puffiness side, as my eyes don't tend to get very puffy if I'm honest.
So, what do I think? Well, as I said this product has surprised me. I have definitely noticed visible results according to it's claims. The product does exactly what it states, and what I wanted. So if you're looking for a new eye cream, perhaps have a look at this one. I am definitely thinking about looking into what else they sell in their skincare range as well.
Also, a little side note for all those with sensitive eyes, this product is fragrance free.Labels: skincare
