Apparently it is already the middle of the month which means it's time for one of my favourite posts - it's mid-month favourites time!
First up had to be my oil burner and Yankee Candle Tarts, since my Yankee haul (pictures on Instagram). I have always had a love for candles and anything that spreads amazing scent around my flat. These tarts do just that - I even think the smell spreads as much as a regular jar candle. I definitely recommend purchasing these as an alternative to the candles or even just to try the scents.
The next favourite I recently reviewed and also had to be featured in this months favourites - The Comforter from Lush shower Cream. Yes, the same scent as the bubble bar. I love the fact that by using this I can ensure my favourite scent from Lush sticks around on my skin for even longer. It is definitely worth checking out if you haven't already.
The No 7 Brilliantly Bare Beauty Enhancer has always been a primer I go back to and once again I am back to using the product on a daily basis; in fact I have been for the last three months after failing to get hold of the Laura Mercier primer. I love how this smoothes over my skin, but is also the only primer from the drugstore to actually make a difference to how long my makeup stays on for.
Another favourite lately is the Stila Paint Me Pretty Lip & Cheek Palette. I have always loved my cream cheek blushers and I love the variety in this palette. The shade I have been constantly using is peony, a browny pink shade. The formula is amazing, so easy to blend, and they also last really well too.
Last up is the Formula X nail polishes by Sephora. I have read about how good these are but now I have finally got my hands on them I understand why. The formula lasts really well - when I trialled without a base or top coat I found the Formula X nail polishes to still stay chip-free for 3-4 days! Amazing in my eyes!
